How to Choose a New Beginning

When choosing which area of your life needs a new beginning, it can be helpful to reflect on where you feel stuck or unfulfilled. So, this new beginning could be in your health, career, relationships, finances, or personal growth.

What I ask my coachees to do is to take a pen and paper and start writing down all the areas in their life, such as career, health, and relationships. Then, they take notes on how satisfied they are in each area. Finally, they decide which area they feel they need to improve first.

It can be different for each individual. In my experience, what helps the most is self-awareness, reflection, and honesty with yourself. Choosing to change an area in your life does not happen overnight or just because you said so. It is a journey with ups and downs, a procedure that will bring you closer to knowing yourself and your endless possibilities.
